‘Phil’ follows the exciting adventures of PHIL. Watch him get out of jams, avoid getting into scrapes, find himself in a pickle, and face conundrums! Rounding out the ensemble is a cast of dozens of kooky characters, like the down-on-his-luck FRANKLIN PIERCE or Phil’s best friend THE RING SALESMAN.
‘Phil’ is written by Ben Vigeant and Stephen Winchell and is drawn by Stephen Winchell. And the two of them only have one question for you…

Long time reader, first time commenter. My first semester at Uconn was the last semester that Phil ran in the DC. My roommate and I still read it, and have read the archive multiple times.
Phil is one of the most brutally original things I’ve ever read. If you gents ever stop making it I’ll likely throw myself under a bus.
You get a lot of bad criticism on most of your comics, but I fucking love this series. Keep on writing it guys, you make me very happy.
